All sales are final for custom-made items. Cancellations are not allowed. 

If you would like to reprint an order that has already been placed, call an Advocate at Member Services for assistance at 888-746-7726.

Returns

Custom-made or personalized photo items cannot be returned. Members can request a reprint for quality issues by calling an Advocate at Member Services at 888-746-7726.

Reprints are prioritized but can take up to 9 business days from the time order is accepted. 

Refunds
